Home Stageing & Show Homes

For over 5 years Hookway Design have worked with an amazing group of clients, for whom we have been able to specify, design and stage their show homes.

From 1 bed Annex Lodges, to 5 bed detached houses.

Taking into account the target market, location and property value, interiors have been curated to provide maximum positive feedback from potential buyers and investors.

And of course, sales!

Often with multiple show homes per site, design concepts are individually designed and finished. No two will ever be the same.

If you have a development and require a full design and specification package please do get in touch to find out about timescales and prices.

'Herritage' Show Lodge for Homelodge  Buildings Ltd, Winchester.

The Herritage lodge had been at Homelodge HQ for over 15 years and was no longer reflecting consumer needs. Hookway Design was asked to revamp the one bed lodge with a new kitchen from their standard range. The country cottage concept was welcomed, the design appealing to, the majority of Homelodge customers, retirees looking to downsize.
