Lowdham, Nottingham - adding a rear extension linking the outbuilding to the main house, relocating the front door and opening up the flow of movement within the ground floor. We were able to create bright airy kitchen diner with open plan snug . A new wc and utility room were foemed at the rear with atraditional sitting room at the front of the property.
Cadeby Road, Sprotbrogh - a complete remap of the ground floor of a 3 bed semi with extension.
The owners were trapped with a galley kitchen and no connection to their 2 young daughters. The Ground floor was remapped to create a family living dining space, utility/Wc and a cosy separate sitting room.
Chestnut Grove, Sprotbrough - Another complete remap of the ground floor. The clients had a dark kitchen, where they used to open the backdoor to sneak in extra sunlight. The new floor plan separated the open plan living / dining room to create a private sitting room. and a huge open plan kitchen dining room with family sitting and tv area. A utility room and bespoke dog washing station was also accommodated.
Syerston, Nottinghamshire - Working within a Grade II listed barn conversion, originally completed in the 1980's this dated property was reinvented for family life.
